Who is/was the best supergroup? This is my choice, they don't get much bigger than these guys.

I think I agree with you, IA. TTW was very tongue-in-cheek and they seemed to have a great time working together. On their two albums, they put out some really good songs. :thumbsup:

Well, technically, they were already an amalgamation of good musicians from at least two groups, which means they can be called a supergroup, unless of course all the member have to come from different groups.Quote:

If theres any question about the supergroup part its because of Randy Bachman. BTO.
They are from a present perspective only; at the time they were just a bunch of very talented people brought together. Cummings was 16 when he had his first record out. The drummer was a wiz kid - he was playing with Canada's national symphony orchestra (or something to that effect) at a very tender age. Some people argue that they were a "set-up" band made for hits only. It ain't me though.Quote:
