Much of the information came from public posts made by the Border Reiver over at TWC. The rest of our work came from me and a tweak by (bovi?) to help keep a CTD from occurring randomly because of one earthquake setting.
Keep in mind that if you set the maximum intensity of any disaster to 10, you may end up with it killing all the men in an army. The army will live on, and be a ticking CTD bomb. This is the tweak I did, I reduced those instances of max 10 to max 9.
