any way this can be made compatible for BI?
If you mean if it can run on BI without ANY extras... that could be done easily... but If you wish to add especial bi features... it will take way more time than what I have ...(and well I dont even own Bi :sweatdrop:)

I did forgot to add the legions name when I uploaded the files
but the other things in allied legions should be there... like only be able to recruit romans in rome...
you can get the legionary names if you wish though , they are located in the notes section
for the next release I'll do an installer to avoid all this mess of links ... and fix these small errors

so what is advice to code each unit one by one or to copy paste konny's mod seperately on your mod.

I don't have ALX and I'm using rtw.exe. I downloaded your file and installed the pack. Does that include the legionary name feature or
do I have to add it manually? If so, how?

I would have "fixed" it already but leaving them out -as I did accidentally the first time- makes it easier for me to create "disable this, disable that..." files , and also some don't like the legions name , so I just left them out hehe , Konny's recruitment is still in there though (course...you'll only notice id you're romani >.>)
ALex.exe is NOT savegame compatible ...it will surelly mess up your current games -there's a possibility that this can be SGC ...but I don't have the time , no the will power hehe to do it any volounters?-
EDIT- alex version pack DOESNT mean you have to have alexander EB at all! xD , you dont need to do any coding to get this working with alexander , you don't even need to enter the alexander EB thread , those changes are included in here already, the ONLY thing you need to have is alexander CA -Creative asembly- alexander expansion

below that click on the "show" button and there you should find 2 versions ...one for players without TWFanatic hoplites , and one for the guys who have it... then clic on the "show" button next to the version you have (with or without phalanx mod) and use one of the download links -alex if you're using alex and... rtw if you're using RTWQuote:

so I do not mind it so much my problem is coding torture of Alexander EB that you said you have fully adapted it to your mod.
I like night battles also as ı experinced AI is very good with alex (after thay routed my men by encircling oh men AI encircled me at the first time!)

I tried downloading the file in the notes section for Legionary Names. The Alex version downloads ok
but the RTW version doesn't. And I need the RTW version :embarassed:
Everytime I tried to download the RTW version @ LINK://rs11.rapidshare.com/files/127933172/RTW_legion1.rar...
it kept saying ERROR and my IP address is already downloading the file even though I don't :(
Is there anyway you can send me another link where I can download your RTW_legion1.rar file? Can I
use the Alex version eventhough I don't have the alexander?
If all fails, maybe you can just tell me which file/line I need to edit and I'll do it manually.

I'm sorry but.. yes you wont get the aquilifer... (though I got confused when the EB team said they hadn't used all the unit slots, you might want to manually add it -follow the instructions to do so in the phalanx/elephant bla bla thread but don't erase any existing unit to see if it works :beam:)

NOTE: the moddifications in the EDU mentionened in the instructions (in phalanx thread) need to be done in the EDUs located in the SP backup EDU and MP backup EDU otherwise they'll be overwriten hehe
So does that mean I'll edit the file inside SP and just copy paste it to MP? :idea2:

I added the just added the aquilifer and it works!(I use RTW.exe) Unfortunately I don't have a pic because I don't know how to post one...
I also found all the files needed for the aquilifer already inside models_unit, so it just need some changing in the EDU.
EDIT- I didn't remove any units btw
HI! is it possible that this mod pack creates a bug which disables buildings giving weapons/armour further than copper?
Hey mlc82 did you ever have that problem again where it would crash when you looked at certain places on the map, and did you install the no city mod option file without creating a new map.rwm file. Because I had the same problem until i double checked and realized I hadn't because i was used to the files coming with map.rwm files.
Now I'm not sure if i should use that campaign I started before i realized what was wrong, it still works but will probably have more problems later on I guess.

Uhm... retraining is part of the AI; incidentally a part that was broken in RTW. ALX is supposed to retrain.
