To defend ATPGs villainess, there can't be any solid evidence in the first day.
Intuition or a very careful observation would be the answer why ATPG is not a villain.
If ATPG IS Bowser then I'd imagine he is probably pro-town power role. I'd hope that he has some kind of protection, but there is also the factor that ATPG wouldn't be able to keep his role to himself even if he wanted to....:inquisitive:
