I doubt that the Chaotic One would give us less than 24 hours in a day. Unless this is a very strange universe indeed, bwahahaha. My guess would be 24 hours from the time of this post.

To defend ATPGs villainess, there can't be any solid evidence in the first day.
Intuition or a very careful observation would be the answer why ATPG is not a villain.
