Just a comment: It would be greatly unique if every faction had at least five unique units.
Just a though: How will you balance the game if no cavalry are present? How will the charge and the morale droping of smashing the enemy from behind we excluded? Will there be men that run as fast as a horse?

There will be no cavalry, but the incans (at least) will have one infantry unit that is faster than the archers. The emphisis will be on overwelming numbers on each side, and normal archers will take the place of horse archers in RTW.

Diaguita will be basically heavily influenced by the Mapuche Culture...
The Aguaruna will be unique.. they are an amazonian tribal culture, they will use the blowpipe, they will had theyr faces tatooed, and that specific haircutt...they wont be great warriors, but they will relly on numbers, they will be very good ambushers, alot of bonnuses in jungle ~:) In many ways, they will be similar to the barbarians from the vannila RTW

How about the Chimu ? They are the most interesting culture, in my opinion... images of their warriors can be found on their pottery, but also on the pottery of Moche, their predecesessors....
