No I do not, I thought they had to kill everyone, isn't that how mafia works?
But I don't think we should expose Kings at all, quite the opposite. Kings should avoid challenges altogether. If people know who kings are, they should challenge OTHER players. If people do not know who kings are, they should avoid challenges so they do not stumble upon a king.

That is exactly what I am saying we should be doing. And frankly, does it matter if I claim god? the Gods have done nothing helpful as far as I can see, so why not just kill very powerful players as we either lose a useless god (the most powerful ones that will be able to out-duel Jotun's are already dead) or snag a scum.
EDIT. Now i want to know what that text says, HOW IS THE VIDEO RELEVENT!?!?!? I must KNOW!!! :)

1) Challenges are fun. I'd rather lose a game than order everyone to not take part in the challenges.
2) In spite of the run of bad luck, the Jotun aren't going to be able to claim king or god without that claim being found out as bull in short order. Challenges do have a purpose.
Especially since I know who all the Champions are, and by extension, their Kings. You can't fake a King claim while I live, or a Champion claim.
That just leaves the Gods. And the Gods would seem to have powers and information to share, which is harder to fake. And they also have to pick a god not claimed by someone else, or they've got a cover role as a god. In which case, yes, their continued existence will prove suspect.

So you should challenge people you suspect who are not kings or their champions. Those who prove powerful are suspect.

The gods are not useless, they have scanning and other powers. I was joking but also being serious when I said that classical_hero scanned me N1 as inactive and powerful, and that I had been placed in a group against my will.
Here, you're admitting you're not a god, so you don't want me to duel you, since I am nothing but dead meat walking as it is. Why don't you want people to know your duel score?

Yeah, but this strategy is likely to reveal more champions and kings, rather than Jotun, since even wiht so many being killed there are still more than 2 of them. It's not a very good plan. Also, why won't you reveal your role pm? If its a basic townie pm the Jotun were likely given a copy anyway, in the last midgard the Jotun were actually given specialized fake pms. So just post it already.

What? I think you should duel me so that people will not suspect me any longer? I will demonstrate my weakness and probably die, but the method works and you should continue to use it against future suspects.

It's very stupid how people keep speaking out against duels...the Jotun are killing off the kings and champions by checking who duels. It seems even speaking out against it makes it obvious who is a king.
I know kings don't want to fight, too many questions even if they win and if they lose, town is down a king. Pizzaguy had the right idea but nooooo, he must roleclaim then.:mean::wall:
Now we might lose another king. I hope Pizzaguy can pull one out of nowhere for now.

It won't if the only people who use it are those who knwo who the kings and champions are, such as ATPG.
As for concealing my pm, that the Jotun might have specialized role pm's is exactly why I won't reveal. If they are specialized, they are different and therefore suspect.

I am not speaking out against duels, I am saying we should use them in a controlled fashion.

Re: Midgardsaga III [In Play]
We do what we must
because we can.
For the good of all of us.
Except the ones who are dead.
But there's no sense crying over every mistake.
You just keep on trying till you run out of cake.
These are great words of wisdom indeed.....
We should heed them....

Doing that means firstly knowing who not to challenge. Then, the Jotun can look at who is being challenged or voted by the person who knows something.
Basically what I'm saying is your plan reveals more information than just doing random challenges.

I disagree, because that group of people who are not challenged will still be very large (if we don't spam the challenges). In any case though, it is clear nobody likes my idea, so in the interest of not monopolizing the towns attention, I will simply drop it.

You do seem a bit flustered by the attention.
Why don't you come claim to daddy in private. I won't bite you hard.

Frankly, that sounds creepy. Besides, I have already claimed and I'm not giving you my pm.

Re: Midgardsaga III [In Play]
Oh man, you're making me want to lynch you instead of Diamondeye! That's a pretty impressive feat.
I guess we'll just have to challenge you then, and make sure you ARE actually as weak as you're claiming to be.
For this round, I'd like people to suggest folks I should challenge who are suspects. I'll pick one I know isn't a champion or a king, and if the Gods don't claim before I expose them, that's their own fault.

Look Nightbringer, if they lynch you, I'll most likely be able to take one of them out (except Tratorix).
