But I don't think we should expose Kings at all, quite the opposite. Kings should avoid challenges altogether. If people know who kings are, they should challenge OTHER players. If people do not know who kings are, they should avoid challenges so they do not stumble upon a king.
1) Challenges are fun. I'd rather lose a game than order everyone to not take part in the challenges.
2) In spite of the run of bad luck, the Jotun aren't going to be able to claim king or god without that claim being found out as bull in short order. Challenges do have a purpose.

Especially since I know who all the Champions are, and by extension, their Kings. You can't fake a King claim while I live, or a Champion claim.

That just leaves the Gods. And the Gods would seem to have powers and information to share, which is harder to fake. And they also have to pick a god not claimed by someone else, or they've got a cover role as a god. In which case, yes, their continued existence will prove suspect.
