I would imagine that white protestant males account for what, 30% of the US population? And probably about 70% in the highest political and economic circles - how is that underrepresented?Quote:

Wondering what the hell I am going to do with my life when I graduate in two years time, given that the economy will have fallen to bits leaving no jobs in the "real" world, while at the same the research councils are cutting back on the already hard to get postdoctoral positions.
Back to stacking shelves in the supermarket I suppose. At least I can insist that they use the title "Dr." on my namebadge.
