He has made plenty enough comments of the like in total seriousness before. It gets annoying after a while.

Yeah, Strike is so race obsessed, he probably strips naked and stands in the Texas sun for 3 hours so he can get a deep tan and calculate how many women would give him the time of day before and after.

Don't believe so; check out the fella's home page. He bills himself as country and comedy, but he does not appear to be making fun of the tea partiers. I believe this video is legit.
