If that was the real devil, then I'd love to be his righthand, but now i'd rather stand aside but if needs be, I'll oppose him.

I've never heard of anyone outright worshipping Satan, in a literal sense outside of Christian moral panics. If they really dislike Christianity that much they'll convert to another belief system eg:Julian the apostate .
