I'm fairly new to these forums, having been lured here seeking something similar to Frogbeastegg's fantastic Rome TW guide for the Empire version. There might not be anything at that level (yet!) but there is some very helpful info out there (hiding between the CA gripes posts), and hope to share in some of that.
I'm one of these people that likes to spot the patterns in how game mechanics work, and theorycraft ways to be the most efficient. I have been putting together a number of ideas about the economy in Empire, and this might sometime soon turn into a guide.

You should have been able to pick from the list an avatar when you signed up (the small pictures/avatars that you see on most people's posts), when you get full membership you can pick from a larger pool of avatars (the larger picture/avatars on the posts).
