Ah. Yeah the :wave: smiley needs to have this little... thingy... ( ~ ) in front of it.

Otherwise it doesn't work. Just remember it looks like a dollar bill floating away. You wouldn't work without pay would you? And so therefore the waving smiley does not.

However, the clown smiley does. Because he works for balloons . And the elephant works for peanuts. True stuff, very interesting, and almost coherent enough to make sense.
