That number bothers me. The normal proportion of parentage goes in divisions of 2, 4, 8, 16 and so on, since generations normally involve two parent multiples. You would make a good conspiracy theorist. The sole reason for the rounding was my preference for percentages over fractions, for pure stylistic reasons. Sorry to disappoint, there is no great anti-semitic nazi conspiracy behind it!
