I couldn't find anything resembling a coherent sentence about Winston from Monty, but you did mention him as scum repeatedly.

Not only that, I've found like four other people who insist Winston is scum, and absolutely nothing has happened on that front.

Everyone keeps saying it, no one actually does anything about it. And that's fucking weird.

My first thought was that the Choxorn hint was maybe too minor to be counted as a breadcrumb, but Newyn's breadcrumb is pretty definitive and he's the confirmed townie. So I believe it.

Which makes me trust GH's claim less, since there are so many claimed and confirmed town power roles.

Why wouldn't scum Pizza follow the behavior of town Pizza as listed above? Because that would be too reactive and low-reward. Scum Pizza would claim something sure to drive the lynch, such as 'X night-killed Y. Thankfully, there's also a third element in Riedquat to scan GH, even if weakly.

OK, never mind, it doesn't work.

As I said, the exercise is only revealing in regards to Pizza. But that's the gamble I'm willing to take, and anyway Riedquat potentially provides some assurance on GH.

I dont believe GH's claim. mainly based on progression to the claim. I also dont like his refusal to speak about his actions. So my vote stays there.
