The Siege of Massila
Loosing this battle would be humiliating...
Off course, in war, nothing is certain and one must never underestimate a battle... The weather conditions were against us: it was hot, the sun was burning.
Blablabla! Hahaha! Those petty rebellians are no match for our courageous warriors. I wanted to make them bleed personnally. I wanted to see alot of blood on my sword.
After an inspiring speech, our skirmishers were sent towards the palisade. Those fools gathered themselve within throwing range and thus we peppered them with pila and decimated the already outnumbered army.
The gates were broken, and the "walls" were down. Ready to charge and slaughter those pathetic slaves. See them running. Bwahahaha...
Like a walk in the park. The citizens of this settlement will be better off under the rule of the mighty and powerfull Gauls...
A present to you, my fellow Chieftains: Masillia, a nice asset to our empire.
