The German Crusade has reached Kilikia. They should reach Jerusalem within 8 years.
I led a night attack on a small Seljuk force west of Tblisi. They were completely routed with the prisoners being released to spread fear in the Seljuk garrison of Tblisi. My royal army, led by myself and Domestikos Chrysovergos, has laid siege to the castle there. We expect to commence an assault the following year.
Vissarionas ek Lesvou has been stricken with scurvy. Such are the perils of crusaders.
A noble has requested to be adopted by Ioannis Kantakouzinos. It is up to him whether he accept the noble.
The Moors has sent word that they are joining in the Jihad against Constantinople. The Imperial navy will be busy scouring for any Moorish ships.
The Duke of Milan has perished. Before this unfortunate event, an alliance was sealed between our two realms. Should the Venetians betray their word, we will have ready agents in the Milanese to avenge our wrong.
