    Default Changing city population

I'm sure this has been asked before but a quick answer can put this thread down so I'm just going to ask? How do I change the population of a city to the huge level so that I can rush the vanilla reforms?

Simply open the console (key \), and type: add_population "the name of the city you want to expand" value (with no quotation marks). For instance:

    add_population Roma 5000

    Cheers!

Only it only works up to 4000 population. If you need to decrease population, just use a negative number.
