Nay; scripture makes it very clear that the well is under the second root of Yggdrasil, the world-tree, and you'll find that in the middle of Asgård, the home of the gods. Mecca, unfortunately, lies in Midgård, so probably not.

Look, I don't know everything myself: I'm just relaying to you what the elf told me, and he's usually pretty reliable.
