Three or four minutes, I'm really not sure. I generally spend it doing chores or pumping iron--anything to be more productive than Gertrude's generation of poop. Of course, that's much of what he generates around here, so that's hardly surprising. . .

My Athlon 4000+ with 2GB RAM and X800XL Graphic card copes with EB quite easily on highest graphic settings (minus shadows and glints).
Turn wait time depends quite on lot on the mood of the computer: usually 30-50 seconds - with the original Client ruler script. I am looking forward to the optimized one - great job bovi.

BTW - IMO Client rulers are worth the additional wait time, it is great feature and it would be pity to simply cut it out...

5-10 seconds, with script optimization running on Alex.exe

    Core2Duo 1.86ghz
    3gb RAM
    8800gts 640mb Graphics Card

No problems what-so-ever. Make sure you stop unneccessary proccesses in msconfig because it really makes a difference

    Interesting.
    I have Core2Duo 1.8 and I get 22seconds with optimized script.
I have 4GB of RAM so any significant difference is graphic card (7300GT).

    What system are you running?
