No Faction Heir Trait for Lusotannan
So I was playing on a new Lusotannan campaign as I wanted to make a gameplay guide out of that. I noticed that the faction heir doesn't get the usual faction heir trait that one gets in other factions. So none of that +2 personal security and, I think, +1 influence. Is this at all normal? I would think it isn't, so it doesn't hurt to report it.
