I think it is the other way round: You got the "Lusotana destroyed" header and image when getting the most advandce faction message because they still live on your map.

No, it's more likely they did die since Voice isn't using toggle_fow. He can't see what's happening over there.

The Luso's were destroyed that turn, i checked afterwards...Its just that that is the same text i get for 'most advanced faction'
