    Default Recruiting generals...

Can it be done? If so, can it be done as the Casse? If so... how?

Britain is some of the best land in the entire game for farming and trading with all the resources it has... even without trading with neighbours and just trading with other provinces in Britain the amount of money i'm making is absolutely insane. I've never been this rich before as any faction.

Also the generals are amazing. They make excellent governors and quickly rise to having 10 management/influence, especially if they're in a city with a teaching grove and have the druid training from Ynys Mon.

Problem is, i'm getting to the stage now where they're dying off and soon i'm going to have 2 provinces without governors, which is hurting the cash flow and the extremely high standard of trade i have built up.

    Can i recruit some?

You need level 5 factional barracks to recruit generals. The only one available in Britain is the Celtic Lesser King (with the Neitos bodyguard).

Or destroy your level IV government and take the two turns to re-build a Regional Pacifcation and a new type IV.

Heirs to Lysimachos - an EB 1.1 Epeiros-as-Pergamon AAR with semi-historical houserules (now ceased)
    Philetairos' Gift - a second EB 1.1 Epeiros-as-Pergamon AAR

I think every faction can get generals when you build up the lvl 5 regional mic and you do receive a client ruler whenever you construct a lvl 4 government

It has to be a level 5 regional barracks, which requires a type IV government. No other way of doing it.
