    "Fotre" is equal to f***k (the "steal" meaning exists in catalonian too, but the main meaning is "f**k") and came like your neapolitan werd from the latin verb "futuere".
    My phrase means the first of your options: someone (the catalonian independentists) are still spanish, and be f**ked up for that.
