    Default Screenshots

    This question has probably been asked so many times and I remember reading the answer somewhere but I can't find it anymore. When I want to post a screenshot or picture what URL do I post so that it appears in my post instead of as a link. Oh and how do I change the format of a picture from TGA to jpg, jpeg, gif, png etc.
