Hahah, oh wow, are you serious?
The whole plot behind Indy 4 was too paranormal for you, yet a box full of ancient spirits and a cup that gives you eternal life isn't?
EDIT: Box full of ancient spirits THAT MELTS YOUR FACE. fix'd.

No, he is using it as a counterpoint for saying that they should stick with Christian artefacts. Not that I've seen 4, I could well be wrong.
Technically, only the holy grail (3rd movie) had a Christian artifact. The Ark of the Covenant is Jewish, and the Sankara stones were Hindu.
Enough religion, back to your regularly scheduled Frontroom debate on Lucas' suckage.

I thought the debate on Lucas was closed; the debate is what he did to this film.
Anyways, I haven't seen it and I don't think I want to see it in theaters - doesn't sound anywhere as good as the classic trilogy.

So, if I have to choose between Ironman or Indy 4, should I choose Ironman?

YES! Iron man was unusually good, and I usually hate superhero movies.

Haven't seen Indy, but there's no reason not to see Iron Man. Favourite movie I've seen in a while, endlessly quotable.
