Army dissapearing

Have anyone else had armies dissapearing and stuff? I had it happen to a full stack including a general. Then i tried to merge another full stack which dissappeared as well. When i tried loading an earlier save, it was an hour back so i'll revert back tomorrow, but instead used the autosave to load the same turn my general had "A noble death" and that was that.. without any battle occuring. I guess you say i should patch the game but the 1.02 ( or is it 1.2? ) patch dont work so.. what can i say.

What do you mean "disappear"? As in going rebel?
Would help if you had screenshots of it. Use toggle_fow in console before taking them.

I've had this trouble before. It is fixed in the patch just uninstall and re install game to make the patch work.

What he means is one turn an entire stack is there then the next it says (insert cause of death here) or it doesnt say anything at all. Sometimes you get a general who is 18 that dies of old age... Man that one pissed me off. 4 star 18 year old scottish infantry commander. He had so much promise and had my entire flipping army.

Im pretty sure its happened to me two or three times, an army is there one turn, the next its gone( and not rebelled, just disappeared off the map with no trace).
