    I get the feeling that it doesn't know where ANY of the files are. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

    EDIT: Btw, it starts up fine, it just CTD's when I try to load a battle or campaign.

    Delete the two db files as per unpacker readme.

    Those geography files? They aren't there, I checked.

    I have VISTA, would that have something to do with it?

    Did you unpack everything (or just a few files)?
    Did you ever delete them after unpacking?

    If you answered yes to the first and no the second, that's your problem right there.
    Make sure you have Vista not hide any files.

    I'll have to check my hidden files again. I remember something like this happening with vanilla M2:TW only it was a little different.
