Default Mediaval (1) and Nvidia = settings??

the driver for my Nvidia card allows me to set a profile around a game/program and turn on and off a selection of features
    (Nvidia GeForce 8400M G)

now the cards standard/default settings will not run Medieval (1) in an acceptable fashion

so what features / setting needs to be off (or on)
Some of these i remember people having to tweak when MTW came out, as some of the (then) newer graphics cards were hiccuping over the game. But that was so long ago i dont recall which was what.

Anisotropic filtering (default is application controlled)
Antialiasing - Gamma correction (default is on)
Antialiasing - Mode (default is application controlled)
Antialising - setting (default is application controlled) - (greyed out, may be a sub-setting)
Antialiasing - Transparency (default is off)
Conformant texture clamp (default is use hardware)
    Error reporting (default is off)
    Extension limit (default is off)
    Force mipmaps (default is none)
Texture filtering - Anisotropic sample optimization (default is off)
Texture filtering - Negative LOD bias (default is allow)
Texture filtering - quality (default is quality)
Texture filtering - Trilinear optimization (default is on)
    Threaded optimization (default is auto)
    Triple buffering (default is off)
Vertical sync (default is use the 3d application)

    many thanks
