Beefy had begun to sober up...holding his head to combat his hangover he wandered the halls of the temple. Everywhere he went he saw dead pirates, bottles of rum smashed on the ground beside them. These Incan's were tougher than they'd thought they would be. Coming around the corner he spotted CountArach. He was smiling.

"di shui zhi en dang yi yong quan xiang bao" said CA.

"What kinda sun god jibber jabber is that?" Beefy was still confused. CountArach smashed his forehead in with his bare hand. Stepping over the bodies of dead pirates he made his way down to the docks. Most of the monks had left the island with the women and children when the pirate ship had appeared. He had been left behind with makaikhaan to deal with the pirate rabble. One kung fu master would have been sufficient but they thought it would be nice to have company. Of course they hadn't counted on the incan god...CountArach stopped to pay his respects at makaikhaan's grave before leaving the island. They would build a small shrine here in tribute to his sacrafice:

CountArach heads out in his boat:

    Roles:

    makaikhaan: Vigilante/Mason Monk
    GeneralHankerchief: drunken pirate
    Crazed Rabbit: drunken pirate
    pevergreen: drunken pirate
    Sigurd: drunken pirate
    Beefy: drunken pirate
    FactionHeir: drunken pirate
    Shlin: drunken pirate
    Chaotix: drunken pirate
    Lord Winter: drunken pirate
    Seamus Fermanagh: drunken pirate
    El Diablo: drunken pirate
    Sarathos: drunken pirate
    Pannonian: drunken pirate
    Omanes: drunken pirate

    CountArach: Doctor/Mason Monk
    Rythmic: drunken pirate
    Tevash: drunken pirate
    Aries: drunken pirate

Can you explain why there was one kill in the early rounds, while later there were two?

You get pirate mvp for fearlessly pushing the "drunken pirate" routine from the start

I forgot to put "no reveals after death" in the rules and judged that pever's reveal had helped the mafia out quite a bit (his outrage was entertaining to anyone who knew the facts heh). So when makaikhaan bit the dust I changed CountA's two protections to two kills. But he ended up having two nights with only one kill anyway (killed sigurd twice and only one kill last night).

Hehe, I got a back-up role all planned out as well: the Drunken Monk. His ability would be to have a random duel score and he is drunk because he was drinking rice wine when the pirate attacked.

Question to CA: Was it random that you attcked FactionHeir? or was it because of some information slipped to you? If you havn't killed FH, the pirates could have won

Hang on. If no-one other than the monks have the night-kill ability, what's the point of giving a monk the protection ability?

I wondered if people would pick up on the rice wine...I saw sigurd did earlier.

I'll take this to mean that the pirates were indeed the mafia, which means that my record for never being lynched as an innocent in a large game or above remains.

Good game all. Sorry I disappeared.

A complete fluke! I thought I was screwed so I started going after people who seemed like they were playing a very pro-town game and FactionHeir was one of them. I think that kill was what put me back in the game.

I'm going to contend that since the monks were the (oddly mis)informed minority, we were in fact the mafia.

Hence, I claim ultimate Kung Fu Mastership with a 2-0 mafia record in Kung Fu games.

Dude, guess who else had a 2-0 record?

Me, that's who. And had beefy voted for CA I would have challenged him as well in case he was mafia.

    Congratulations monks ...

You played your last cards well. If you had left any other player with Beefy and CA in the last round, you would have lost.

CR gained a +2 to his townieness.
