    Default Resident Evil - Silent Night [Concluded]

    It began as any normal day would...
    The sun shining brightly with not a cloud in the sky and cool breeze at your back, that's how the good days start...
    The reprieve from the oppressive heat the past month or so brought people out from their homes to enjoy the day at the pool, in the park, our out shopping...
    And a good day it should have been...

    Until the reports started to come in...
    Reports of "cannibalism" within the city...we had heard of such things before, a series of cases, incidents, within Raccoon forest, but never within the city limits...
    From reports to sightings to a torrent, no deluge, of panicked broadcasts, the "cannibals" seemed everywhere...
    Soon it was turning into a riot, as the cannibals came en mass and swept through the city, devouring everything in their path in a horrid display of gore and gluttony...
    You couldn't look them in their eyes, those horrible, dead eyes...the moans, how terrible, how mind shattering to look on to your friends and neighbors, and see what they had become...

    By dusk, the city had turned into a battlefield, and no one was safe...
    So we did what we had to...
    We ran to our shelters, ran as fast as we could to outrun the "Zombie Horde", never looking back, never stopping to help the injured...
    Ran we did, ignoring the screams and pleas for help, with the sound of shambling, ponderous, relentless footsteps behind us...
    Slamming the door, right in front of half the group...
    Hearing their pleading to be let in...
    But there was no time...
    The screams...
    I shed no tears, for now is not the time for tears...
    Now is the time to survive...

    I have awoken, on a new day...
    But it is not a good day. One of our number has been killed, with a bullet to the head. One of us is a killer, a traitor, working for that infernal pharmaceutical company Umbrella, the people responsible for this mess in the first place! I'll find him, and take pleasure in skinning him alive...

    Rules

    Resident Evil - Silent Night will use the standard form for voting, i.e.

    Unvote: YLC


    You may abstain, but you can't vote "no lynch"
    Voting periods will be the standard 24 hour periods, and nights will also be 24 hours as well.
    Please, for the sake of my sanity, please keep a running tally, I mean, you wouldn't want to end up as Zombie food if there was an error, now would we? This also means don't mess with the tally either!

    Dead may post, but will receive a PM restricting what they may post
    I will not WoG anyone, although there will be dire consequences if you do not participate

    Resident Evil - Silent Night uses a "Forage", "Man the Barricade", and "Zombie Horde".

    Forage means you venture out into the city to collect useful supplies to further enhance your character, at the possible risk of being attacked by the Zombie Horde. Items gathered in this way can be freely exchanged between players.
    Man the Barricade means you, and whomever is brave enough, keep the Zombie Horde at bay during the day.

    To Forage or Man the Barricade, along with your vote, post
    Action: Forage, or Action: Man the Barricade.
    You may also post Action: None.

    Now, what is this Zombie Horde you ask? It's the dead players, back for vengeance! During either the day or night, the Zombie Horde may attack those Manning the Barricade or Foraging (one or the other). If the players are overcome, then the Zombies may select one person to add to their "ranks" (But only from the group they were attacking, so no attacking the Foragers to get to those behind the Barricade). Of course, the Zombie Horde also takes the risk of losing Zombies, since the players are not completely defenseless.

    The Roles
    Each role has some very basic stats to govern it. Each role has -

    Capability - This governs your success rate using your abilities, Foraging, and Manning the Barricade.
    Item Slots - This is the maximum amount of item you may carry that are either given to you by another player or collected from Foraging. Dead players items are inaccessible to other players.

    Every player will receive a unique role, and a few will have cover or hidden roles.
