I have no idea why but I just wondered about how much water/non-alcoholic liquid we should drink each day, so I googled it and it said 8 glasses minimum?!?!
I kind of OCD'ed on my diet since I made myself ill in the past, and now the only liquid I take in each day is 4 mugs of tea, one at breakfast, lunch, dinner, and supper respectively.
Thinking about it, I do feel tired a lot of the time but I always attributed this to other things.
Is my daily water consumption dangerously low? Would I feel better if I drank more???
What do the Orgah's think...
