Thumbs up Ye Gods, a Singing Lemur

You freaks and geeks are going to be full-time modded by Hosa tomorrow, 'cause the Lemur will be dancing and singing in his hometown's Christmas parade. Yup, they liked my silly act so much they asked me back again. And I gotta admit, it's darn good money for a short afternoon's work. Picture from last year:

And the promotional poster the bank made after the event:

If any Wisconsin Orgahs are hard up for something to do on a cold Saturday afternoon, PM me and I'll get you the details.

    Wish me luck.

I second both previous posters. I want a video of this.

Nope, I had the exact same idea...

In fact, I think Elvis is still alive and he's disguised as Lemur

    Hail to the King!

Can't wait to see this on youtube

The real question is am I the only one who distinctly remembers seeing pretty much exactly that last year with pretty much the exact same response or am I just the next Nostradamus?

No, you're not. Who knew "the King" was secretly hiding out in southern Wisconsin all these years?

Yup, it's a biggie. Couple of friends of mine have made some good side money from doing swordsmanship shows for years now.

Sorry to say, nobody got video that I know of. I was lucky the wife managed to grab three whole photos as my float went by. I'll try to get video next year, and yes, Woad&Fangs, I'll try to give you more heads-up

That is a nice fair. I was there in the summer of 1995 while visiting my sister & brother-in-law when they lived in Brown Deer, North Milwaukee suburb. What a great time we had visiting Harley Davidson, Miller Brewery, The Dells, a Botanical Garden downtown, Irish Festival on the waterfront, and that Fair. Hard to believe it has been *gulp* 13 years.

Question Re: Ye Gods, a Singing Lemur

When's Lemur going to return from his march of triumph, anyways? He's been gone for a while, I believe...
