Default Strike not going to county lock up= Epic win

Take that Jack county office of the peace lady.
There, but for the grace of God, goes John Bradford

My aim, then, was to whip the rebels, to humble their pride, to follow them to their inmost recesses, and make them fear and dread us. Fear is the beginning of wisdom.

I am tired and sick of war. Its glory is all moonshine. It is only those who have neither fired a shot nor heard the shrieks and groans of the wounded who cry aloud for blood, for vengeance, for desolation.

    Would you like to explain?

Enquiring minds are agog with anticipation.

I got a speeding ticket a while back for going 92 in a 70 on the road from Ft.Worth to Lubbock (also known as the moon) I payed the ticket and proceeded to do and send in my DD. Flash to yesterday. I get pulled over for speeding (trend?) The cop runs my license and says there is a warrant for my arrest. To which I reply Bull****. I get taken in screaming to high hell that Im squared away and etc. etc. So the cop does a favor and calls the county, turns out a clerical error was responsible for this whole mess (The judges secretary failed to file it properly causing another secretary to send out the warrant when the computer said I was unpaid)

I got really lucky to. I have a beautiful face.

Moral: Call and make sure your squared away.

Thank you. And indeed, lucky you.

Though I imagine you are fortunate that you don't have the police from Crazed Rabbit's area, as I understand they would have shot you down like a dog at the first "bu..."

The cops here are all pretty cool. Most of them are Tech alumni or huge fans. Not to mention being an ol boy has its privileges

Last week they called out several SWAT teams to raid a fraternity at my college.

Once a woman cop came to my dorm and talked about, among other things, how ten some years ago a bunch of cops and state troopers almost shot their way out of the middle of a student riot against dry campus rules, because they were surrounded and students were rambunctious. Of course, getting a black eye fighting with students is simply not acceptable when you can shoot them.

Anyways, way to go Strike! Are radar detectors legal in Texas?

    Ja Mata, Tosa.

It may be frail; its roof may shake; the wind may blow through it; the storm may enter; the rain may enter; but the King of England cannot enter – all his force dares not cross the threshold of the ruined tenement! - William Pitt the Elder

Had a friend who was pulled over. Said he had a warrant, went to jail…a weekend too…hundreds of miles from home, in another state…

Monday comes around and guess what. There was a warrant. But a different SSN!

Fixed. Remember, the nailhead that sticks out is the one that gets . Be calm, polite and don't resist even if the cop is being a jerk. That way you have the legal ammunition you need in a false arrest lawsuit.
