Good for Byrd. After Bush, Congress needs to assert it's Constitutional responsibilities some, if they had shown some spine 8 years ago we might not be in the mess we are in today. Plus, he's bored because he's not in control of Appropriations.

Depends on the dialect, Pembroke sounds like honey, North Welsh is like a Klingon with a cold.
