Problem witn EB campaign

When I try to play a single player game, Im just taken back to the main menu. I have a clean instilation of EB 1.2 could some one help me with this issue?

Artavazd, you sure you have a clean EB 1.2 install over unmodded RTW 1.5? I ask because I also had the same problem that you are having. I found out I had to uninstall RTW and RTW 1.3 (separate entities in Add/Remove) plus make sure I had cleaned any registry entries corresponding to Rome: Total War (I used CCleaner). Anyways, the clean install following this solved my problem. Good luck my friend.

I just fixed the problem. I reinstalled EB 1.2 and it seems to have worked.
