    Default hayasdan reform

    hi i have one question about the first armenian reforms, which is the law building u must built??i already built the market, the capital city is a large town, already built the sanitation lvl1 and the city garrison i dont remember the exact name but its the building that costs 2000 mnai and takes 6 turns to built, and also the roads are already built, what else do i need?i already let some turns pass and i dont see any new buildings in my capital city, i already went through the faq, so i would appreciate any advice here, thanks!

    If you have all these buildings, a homeland govt' marker should appear.

    If memory serves (and no alterations since EB 1.1 have been made to Hayasdan), the list consists of:
    Upgraded city (6000)
    Garrison
    Roads
    Large market (the 8 turns, 6130 Mnai one I think - the image in the FAQ seems to be of the wrong market)

    May sound a bit strange, but have you destroyed the lvl3 government in Armavir? After the markers appear (according to what you buit they should have appeared) the only new thing you will see among the buildings is the Homeland marker. However to build lvl1 government you need to destroy the lvl3, build pacification and then build lvl1.
