Do you deny that you're a legitimate suspect at this point? Secondly, you haven't voted for anyone. Is there a better choice than lynching you, and why? If you won't discuss and contribute and tell us who your suspects are, that may be reason enough to vote for you anyway.

I don't deny that I am a suspect, technically all of us but AVSM are, but to be frank I was kind of banking on the investigator investigating me last night phase. As for suspects I would have to say Beefy or Atheotes for obvious reasons but I cant say that they are more suspicious than I have been.

Something is not right.

Atheotes, as a capo, says he has investigative abilities every other night. He told me that Factionheir was innocent, Split was innocent, and now tells me that Greblades is innocent. Leaving Beefy as an uninvestigated man.

However, as pever and I know, you must investigate someone twice in order to deduce their faction, and only the role is revealed during the first investigation. Atheotes, any words? Aw hell, it doesn't matter.

I say that we continue to vote for Greyblades, since he is looking guilty anyways.

Without revealing too much, I will say that not all investigation powers are created equal.

I seriously doubt the stooly will say "hey!! Investigate me next night!!" unless he has a special ability avoiding being investigated. Even in that case, I think the write up will somewhat tell us that the target has the ability to dodge investigation.

Righto, lets have a look at what we got:

Following from my last post, it seems that most of my suspicions were true.

So this leaves:

AVSM - Don
pever - Consigliere
atheotes - Capo
navarro, Greyblades, Sasaki, ATPG, Beefy - Mades

I would have thought navarro to be a Capo rather than atheotes judging from activity, but there seems to be quite a bit going on in the background overall with PM exchanging.

One bonus the town currently has is that its got 2 investigators, pever and atheotes. Chances are one of them will be picked off next night. I would imagine that the stoolies have to take out all non Mades to take out AVSM since otherwise they would havea t least tried to attack him by now.

The mafia effort seems to be very concentrated too judging from their targets. Only 2 (Beefy, Northnovas) have been Mades, the rest all had a higher rank. This suggests investigation capabilities. Maybe that would also explain the 2 kill night better than a recruitment? Like 2 kills, or 1 kill 1 investigation?

Regarding investigation, AVSM says that pever needs to use 2 investigates to get someones real alignment with the first one just telling the general role. Considering that a Capo seems to know who his mades are, that would also explain GH's comment with "not all investigation powers are created equal". So Capos essentially know the role of their underlings already and would thus head straight for the 2nd result rightaway if its one of their own underlings?

So I think it will depend on whether the premise (mafia must kill all higher ups before killing the Don, a bit like Swords in the Moon) holds true in which case all stoolies are Mades, or whether there's a twist and one of the higher ups (two would probably be unbalanced) is mafia.

One thing on the side that I noticed btw:
APTG and Sasaki were fighting each other but now they seem to agree on just about anything. That does seem rather odd.

That would be because the person who investigated me and told me exactly what my role PM said about me also said Sasaki was innocent.

We really do have a good detective who can at least tell me exactly what my role PM says about me, and I trust that investigator. To be sure, Sasaki continuing to put me down as a suspect makes me puzzled, but I honestly don't care. We are doing just fine if we lynch Greyblades and if you want to kill me this round or next go right ahead, I'm nothing and nobody and nothing you do to me will even affect the ability of the Don to defend himself.

Greyblades, under EVERYONE's suspect list, is still a suspect. My vote stays there unless I see some reasons why not.

Hmm interesting. So instead of 1 detective, we have several, any of who'm can be traitors and who only get one result every two nights...

So we have avsm and beefy as confirmed innocents. Navarro I have seen no explanation for.

Hmm, if grey blades is guilty, than atheotes is guilty. If either me or pizza is guilty, than pever is guilty.

This changes the possibilities (I'm assuming two mafia for the moment since it makes sense for balance...)

There is simply no way for all the claimed innocent results to be really innocent, unless both investigators are guilty. So we should lynch one of them.

My explanation was given, I revealed myself, and was first to do so. While that is not 100 percent evidence i think it at least grants me something. Also, I have been somewhat convinced as to Greyblades' case so...
