Frequency of Autosave changable?

Autosave doesn't save after every turn. I think it saves after every 2-3 turns (haven't put much time into research on this).

Since the last patch, I only CTD rarely, which sometimes lulls me into a false sense of security, which stops me from manually saving before I click End Turn.

Is there any way to change how often Autosave saves? For example, I'd like to make Autosave save after each turn so I don't have to do it manually.
