fatum, cause he is aware of the fact, that if he doesn't accept it, it will turn out worse.
For exmaple the beginning of
The Sighs of Suzumiya Haruhi, they are both sitting in a café and it is Haruhi's turn to pay the bill. At the end he has to pay it. Haruhi leaves him no other choice and he doesn't even try to protest.
Ok, you could argue, that Kyon is sometimes able to convince her to stop with something, just like in
The Boredom of Suzumiya Haruhi, as they play the Amateur Baseball Tournament. Kyon is able to stop her, but only after they had won the first round. It is like the Romani are finally capable to stop the Makedonian Phalanx, after they had lost Roma. Ceterum censeo Romam esse delendam.
