I agree - specifically, I think we should know roughly who is in which House before the Council starts. Also, the tournament will probably distract players in real life from the Council debates, so it would be best to conclude that first.

I've noticed weekends are a little quiet in the forum, so we may want to end up postponing the Council till next Monday, unless we can conclude the tournament in time to start by Thursday at the latest.

You should remember that it's summer and a lot of us would rather spend some time outside than sit in front of computer.
