Japanese just uses Arabic

But if you must use characters, then 二千十 is fine.
Not sure about the Chinese though.

If its the year, its two zero one zero (二O一O年) [note you normally need to use 年 after the number sequence]. In more modern ways, some people use arabic numerals. If its a simple number, then twothousand ten.

Still need confirmation for the Hebrew. To clarify, I'm looking for the expression "2010" rather than "two thousand ten". The point here is using the numeral system.
