He changes the prefix every 1000 posts, but the prefix isn't number related.

No, Gertrude/Rastapopulos was not banned at all. He was the worst troll in the history of these forums, but eh came out unscathed. He impersonated Appo, but the mods merely changed him back, without banning him. In any case, he has done things far worse than harmless impersonations.YES, it is. You should be able to change your username yourself every 60 days, if memory serves. Unless that's been disabled since the last forum crash?
