Some teachers still do it (only tissue), even in my very well, privately-funded magnet technical school. It saves them finances they can employ for more useful ends . But yeah, the toilet paper is an overkill ...

I remember when I was living in a shared house with a few people I knew. Damn, I never seen toliet paper disappear so fast, it was like a new roll everyday at one point.

Maybe you need to eat better, a healthy persons urine doesn't really smell that bad in small quantities, plus there is also a seat to put down and air freshener if you really need it. Saves wasting 5L of water disposing of something completely sterile.
