Western minds lately? How old are you? It's not that I'm faulting your age but you remind me of a lieutenant that uses the phrase "in my experience..." (or a private that says "I think..." but whatever). If anything, these wars have increased awareness of the world and the effects of war. How many people (in the U.S.) knew where Afghanistan was before 2001? How many people are getting a reality check on war after our shocking success in 1991? I do know about Echelon, and the conspiracy theories surrounding it. I also know something about technology and perceptions. The latter of which takes a lot of time to learn and can never be fully understood.

So, no, this "New World Order" is nothing to worry about. The phrase itself is old and a bit of a joke; and like quantum physics, the "order" is a state of constant disorder.
