Its called "Leliana's Song" in the soundtrack that came with the collector's. I think its sung in Welsh (?) just like other songs by that artist.

It's become my favourite moment in the game as yet...They could've used it for something more momentous, but, anyhow, it's very nice, and atmospheric; The way they show the companions one by one.
