New campaign maps for Medieval XL, Caravel, and Vanilla

The Caravel version of the map (or rather the MTW vanilla version, since the provinces are unchanged) is actually
finished. I've been too laz...I mean busy to upload it yet, but I think I will now. Also, don't forget to check out my
new battlefield screams add on as well

(lastly, I have some more stuff to enhance MTW with if you're interested, but you'll have to ask me via PM)
