    Default "Ghost Fleet" in Port

Hi I keep getting this small bug:

    Uploaded with ImageShack.us

For some reason I cannot move my fleets into my port. This is not the first game I have had this problem, I even noticed it in EB 1.1. I had thought that it was related to my capital city port, but when I temporarily moved my capital as a test I still couldn't move the fleet into the port. It seems as if there is some sort of "ghost fleet" in the port, but when I looked through my list scrolls no unnaccounted for "ghost fleets" showed up. I didn't notice the problem at the beginning of the game, but just now. It might not actually be a bug, but some be some mistake I am making.
Also, the reason must be related to the fact that all new ships built from Kart-Hadast go automatically without actually moving to the pictured admiral's fleet, but the fleet is NOT the rallying point for the port.

Isn't that a good thing though? Presumably it means you can recruit many ships and they will all end up in the Admiral's fleet, no matter where he is in the world!

maybe admiral (internal) name was coincidentally the same with any of your land captains (or generals)? and the script (that give seasonal trait), made a mess and cause one of them to be dissapear...

it was most noticeable at Romans

Ghost generals/FM's/admirals can appear if you teleport characters using the console. If you move a character directly from a town/ship the engine will not understand this.
Can you please post your level of military port build in Kart-Hadast?

No, I haven't done any teleporting to/from towns or ships.
And the port level in Kart-Hadast is the "Enormous Military Port" or whatever the largest military port level is.
Also, I'm not sure if this is relevant, but the admiral pictured has since (sadly, he was my best admiral) died, but I still can't move the fleet into the Kart-Hadast port, which means that I can't repair ships from there, although as I mentioned before ships built in Kart-Hadast still magically appear in my fleet.
I suspect the problem might have something to do with extensive usage of the port, because at the beginning of the game I could move fleets into Kart-Hadast, and I can still move fleets into all my other ports in the empire.

EDIT: I think I might have found a breakthrough! If I split the fleet up (i.e. if I move the ships into the port one by one) then it works. However, I think this makes me lose the admiral (in the same way as combining captains makes you lose one of the captains) . I'm not sure if this will work permanently, or if it will just work until the problem crops up again. Also, why did this solution work?

If the game doesn't recognize the admiral as dead, you should make him death. Take all but one ship from his fleet and send him hunting pirates in the northern seas. Did you set a rally point manually in at this port?
