For M2TW there is All Under Heaven, but it is an entirely different period (set roughly 1200-1300 years later during the second half of the Song era/dynasty.)

There is also another mod called Eras Total Conquest (again in a different period). There are numerous campaigns to play but one of them is the entire world map in 1547, and you can play as some Asian factions.
