I shave, only my face, like it clean for now but don't mind if there's a bit of a shade.
I think if I let it grow it would mostly be a goatee and mustache as well, there's a bit on the sides but probably not enough for a full beard.

I tried a goatee earlier this year, but my facial hair just has an odd color, sort of a dirty blond color to it that just struck me as off. So, for now, it stays shaved.

I've always shaved before I got any real growth. I could never do the dodgy mustache thing some teenagers do because for some reason my facial hair started at my chin and then down the sides.

One day I may grow a big ginger(ish) beard though...

love to do so, but I first have to let my hair grow (I typically crop it to about 5/8 of an inch). then I have to let my bear grow.

I can grow a full beard. I do occasionally around this time a year if I'm not working nor have to look professional. I usually shave every couple days though.

My sister is more muscular than you, and she's super-feminine. But it might be a regional thing?

My beard is thin and patchy right now. My brother who is two years older then me however, is about 75-80% of the way to a full Billy Mays beard. Hopefully, I will be at that stage in two years.

My facial hair's too patchy elsewhere to get anything to work. And on top of all that, the wife prefer's kissing me when I'm cleanshaven, so that's some good motivation to not grow it out too often. So does that put me at 'semi-man,' or just 'androgynous'?

lol, I will give you the 'man' rating. Just so you all know, you don't HAVE to have a beard to be a real man. You just need to want one and be able to grow it. Some people (me for instance) are not allowed beards in their line of work, so we are forced to shave them off.
